- This weekend we uncovered a few issues:
- - When searching for a relationship to add an error was being presented
- - Adding an external / ecosystem relationship was creating multiple entries
- - When adding a contact and them logging on they would be associated to the wrong business unit (and therefore not see an assessment)
- - The issues have an impact on navigating between business units, reporting & notification capabilities
Solution:
- Duplicate entries that may exist for business units & users are being archived
- A safeguard to prevent the duplicate entries from being registered has been developed and will be implemented & tested later today
Ask:
- Please refrain from accessing or at least adding anything to the platform until the next update.
